- Products must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the date of receipt.
- To obtain a full refund, returned items must be in their original condition with the associated packaging and tags intact.
- We cannot refund original shipping fees or the cost of return shipping.
- All quantity/bulk orders are non refundable or exchangable.
- Custom or special orders are non-refundable or exchangable.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return and credit to be processed.
- Credit will only be issued to the credit card that was originally charged.
- We advise that you ship all returned items via insured shipping. We cannot issue credit for lost packages that do not reach our warehouse. Credit must be issued by the carrier.
- All returns must have an RA(Return Authorization) Number. If your return does not have an RA Number, we cannot guarantee that it will be successfully processed. To obtain your RA number, please email or call our customer service department.
